Indian NBCC considers a possibility of economy class housing construction in St. Petersburg

National Buildings Construction Corporation (NNBC) plans to realize its projects on economy class housing construction in St. Petersburg, announced press-service of St. Petersburg parliament. This subject was discussed on Thursday within the meeting between Vatanyar Yagya, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg on International Relations, and NBCC delegation.

The main objective of the NBCC visit is to explore the construction market of the city and to establish a partnership. “NBCC implements only federal projects throughout the country. Local authorities provide us with land sites; the company builds houses and makes a profit. And later the object is in the possession of public authorities”, said Anupa Kumar Nittala, NBCC Board Chairman.
