South Korean Lotte plans to build a 5 billion rubles hotel in Samara for 2018 FIFA World Cup. The corresponding agreement for hotel complex and offices construction was signed between Samara region authorities, Samara administration and the investor. The total cost of the project is around 5 billion rubles.
The construction of 4-5 star Lotte hotel with 190 rooms will begin in the fourth quarter of 2015. The hotel will open by 2018 FIFA World Cup.
