“Rosagromarket” Group, founded by investment firm Proxima Capital Group and developer company “Ermak”, will invest 9 billion rubles in the construction of wholesale distribution center (WDC) in Rostov region.
The center will be located in Aksaisky district, where “Rosagromarket” acquired 200 ha of land for construction. According to press-service of Aksaisky district administration, at the moment “Rosagromarket” is completing the design of the center. Construction works will start in May 2016. The commissioning is scheduled for August 2017.
Investment group Proxina Capital and developer “Ermak” founded “Rosagromarket” for establishment of federal network of wholesale distribution centers. Proxima is the financial partner of the project, while “Ermak” is the management company. The companies plan to build seven more WDC: three in Moscow region and one in Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg and Tatarstan. The investments in seven WDC will total $500-700 million. It is planned that the centers will mediate between agricultural producers and retailers.
