Chinese companies “China Railway 24th Bureau Group” and “China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation”, subsidiary companies of China Railway Construction Corporation, will invest 7 billion rubles in the construction of hydropower plants in Kemsky district of Karelia. The partners of the project will be Nord Hydro CJSC, Vnesheconombank and Russian Direct Investment Fund. Vnesheconombank will be the guarantor, through which Chinese companies will invest in the construction.
