Lattelecom, a Latvian telecom operator and provider of IT services, has introduced its Lattelecom Cloud, a new virtual platform created by Servionica, to the Russian market.

The new platform will enable the Latvian telecom operator to expand its range of services offered to the existing customers and enter new markets in Russia and Europe. The development and roll-out of Lattelecom Cloud continued from December 2014 through September 2015 with around 2,800 man hours having been invested in the creation of Servionica's platform.

"By launching Lattelecom Cloud, our company offered the market an up-to-date fail-safe virtual ITaaS platform. It will enable end users to receive integrated IT services based on a one stop shopping principle. The platform is compatible with a partner programme offering selling tools through partners and agents. Therefore, an agreement authorizing the use of the platform may be executed by Russian customers both directly with Lattelecom and our Russian partner resellers with Servionica being the first of them", Mr. Maris Sperga, the Director of Lattelecom's Data Centers Department, was quoted as saying.
