A large industrial cluster to be called "Esipovo" is sought to be constructed in the vicinities of Moscow

Two large industrial parks to be called "Esipovo" will have been erected in Peshkovskoye rural settlement by 2020 pursuant to an order issued by Governor Andrey Vorobiyev. The project has been approved by the Greater Moscow Area's Town-Planning Council.

Two large industrial parks to be called "Esipovo" will have been erected in Peshkovskoye rural settlement by 2020 pursuant to an order issued by Governor Andrey Vorobiyev. The project has been approved by the Greater Moscow Area's Town-Planning Council.

About RUB 30 billion will be invested in the 1 million square meters cluster. "Esipovo" industrial parks will turn Peshkovskoye rural settlement, Solnechnogorsk District, in a major industrial and logistics hub. Just in five years, this place may host a pharmaceutical production facility as well as factories that will manufacture construction materials and furniture and road construction machinery. Negotiations with potential residents are ongoing regarding the creation of appropriate facilities. Both foreign and domestic investors are interested in developing it.

The aggregate amount of financing to be provided for the creation of "Esipovo" Industrial Park near Lozhki village is estimated at a level of RUB 20 billion. The Region will finance the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure for the new industrial zone (trunk roads and utilities) and allocate a land plot to future residents for development. The preparation of engineering aspects for the project is expected to be completed until the end of 2017.
