IKEA, a major international company, has rented a land plot in one of Krasnoyarsk's urban districts.
LLC IKEA MOS (Retail and Property) was the only bidder in a tender held to award land leasehold rights for 'Solontsy-2' urban district.
The area of the leased land plot will be 477,089 square meters. It will accommodate a multifunctional retail and leisure facility. Annual rents will total RUB 244,158 thousand with the lease term being 7 years. Apart from this plot, IKEA have also rented an adjacent 3.4 hectare plot to arrange a car park on it. Annual rents payable for this site will total RUB 13,684 thousand.
