IKEA MOS (Retail and Property), a subsidiary of the Sweden Retailer IKEA, plans to double its selling space in the Republic of Adygea, as reported by Governor of the Region Aslan Tkhakushinov.
The total amount to be invested in the project to be located in the Takhtamukay District will exceed RUB 9 million. The project contemplates the construction of a new 111,000 sq.m. building to be leased out and construction of new trading facilities to be used for selling sports goods, household furniture and DIY supplies. The construction of the facilities is expected to be completed in 2018. The investor also plans to double workplaces to reach 6,000.
