BS Hospitality Management, a representative of Hilton Worldwide in Russian regions, intends to build a new hotel in the city of Berezniki (Perm Territory). The project is currently at design stage.
According to the CEO of BS Hospitality Management, the hotel will be constructed in partnership with investors. The details of the underlying agreement have not been disclosed so far. The hotel is expected to offer 105 rooms and feature the classic infrastructure of the Hilton Garden Inn brand. The construction site for the hotel is already known as local authorities have allocated a land plot at Sovetsky Prospect for the hoteliers. Berezinki ranks No.2 in the Perm Territory by size hosting heavy industry facilities and Uralkaly, a potash fertilizer plant. The city is regularly visited by business guests, including foreign partners.
