The Chelyabinsk Region information technology park is an investment project owned by RVC's InfraFund and private investors created with the support of the Chelyabinsk Region's Government and Ministry of Information Technology.

"All conditions have been established for the residents of the IT park to enable their successful development. This place will host a co-working area featuring comfortable workplaces for which advisory, accounting and other necessary services will be offered on preferable terms. I think that in as little as a couple of years, we will see real IT champions on the site who will be known at least at the federal level", Mr. Gattarov, the Vice Governor of the Region, emphasized.

The total area of the technology cluster situated in Chelyabinsk's residential district is 2,500 sq.m. Its anchor residents nowadays include the Region's major IT companies with intensive efforts being made to attract technological companies at early stages both as permanent residents and participants for individual programs and events.

"The technology cluster has operated in a test mode over the last four months. We were debugging processes and establishing business relations with partners. We cooperate with leading funds such as RVC, Internet Initiatives Development Fund, Slolkovo. I will personally attract successful businessmen to help our teams and become their advisers", Maksim Sudakov, the Chairman of the IT park's Board of Directors commented.
