Sira Industrie (Italy) and LLC RTC Prom (Perm) are planning to create a joint venture (JV) that will manufacture heating radiators and aluminium molded components designed for automotive and machine-building industries based on a Perm-based facility, as reported by the Press Office of the Perm Territory's Governor.
The companies intend to agree on the details of the project until the end of the current year. The JV's name will be SIRA RUS. It is proposed that the company's turnover will have reached RUB 2.5 billion and its production process will be underlain by Sira Industrie's technology. The facility will be Sira Industrie's first facility located in Russia.
Sira Industrie group manufactures heating radiators and molded pieces for the automotive and machine-building industries. Currently, the company is a major manufacturer of radiators featuring processing lines in Italy, San Marino, Romania and China. The company's turnover in 2015 exceeded EUR 100 million with its facility's capacity being 20 million units per annum.
