The Company has announced its intention to launch a facility to manufacture elevator equipment in the Pavlovskaya industrial zone, Krasnodar Territory. Investments will total EUR 20 million.
The German company manufacturing elevator equipment (PETKUS Technologie GmbH) is holding negotiations with the Administration of the Krasnodar Territory to launch its facility in the Pavlovskaya industrial zone. The negotiations are about to end, as reported to journalists by Vice Governor of the Region Sergey Altukhov.
According to the Vice Governor, the company is selecting a site for accommodating the plant. The facility is going to be launched in the Region in two stages and the launching process will take three years.
We note that the Regional Administration is intensively developing industrial zones at Kuban. To attract investors, tax benefits are offered in the Region in respect of property tax and income tax. The widest benefits are enjoyable by residents of industrial zones.
We remind that 8 industrial parks must have been launched by 2020 in the Region (4 private and 4 government ones). Krasnodar and Pavlovskaya Industrial parks will be government ones. Private industrial parks will be developed by JSC Tander, Base Element Industrial Group, VKB Group, LLC TEGAS and Kuban Industrial Union.
