A delegation from China visiting Khakasia and representing Sinosteel Engineering and Technology has visited a number of industrial and cultural sites in the region. In particular, after a meeting that took place on Saturday in the office of the Khakasian Ministry of Industry and Natural Resources, the delegation went to Sorsk to inspect the facilities of LLC Sorsk Mining and Processing Complex and LLC Sorsk FMZ. Furthermore, on Sunday the guests visited Abaza and assessed the operational capabilities of LLC Abakan Ore Mine.

Every industrial facility of the Republic hosted business meetings involving presentations depicting the future development of enterprises and their upgrade and expansion options. The delegates of Sinosteel Engineering and Technology, a major Chinese investment company, demonstrated keen interest, asked a lot of clarifying questions, exchanged contacts and reached preliminary agreements directly with executives of the companies.

Later on, the representatives of the foreign company visited Sayanogorsk where a business meeting involving the management of JSC RUSAL Sayanogorsk took place.
