Atlantic Grupa, a Croatian baby food producer, is going to construct a baby food factory in Russia. Orel Region authorities intend to allocate 3 hectares for the new enterprise in the Zelenaya Roscha Technology Park.
The management of the Croatian group is going to use its first Russian facility to produce up to 5.5 thousand tonnes of flakes per annum. The total amount to be invested will total approximately RUB 2 billion. The first 4 ktpa production line to produce Bebi branded output is scheduled to be commissioned until the end of 2017.
As soon as the Orel facility reaches its full capacity, Atlantic Grupa intends to close its production facility operating in Slovenia. The group currently owns factories in Croatia, Germany, Serbia, Slovenia and Macedonia.
