Kamaz and KÖGEL, a German company manufacturing three-axle towed machinery, have executed an agreement of intent at IAA-2016 international exhibition in Germany.


The companies are planning to create a joint venture that will design and manufacture towed machinery. This facility will provide maintenance services and manufacture spare parts. Its duties will also include the sale of the vehicles manufactured.


"We will decide where the facility will be located and what format of cooperation will be put in place when discussing the memorandum of understanding," Oleg Afanasiyev, a spokesman of Kamaz Inkazan, told.
