A French factory is going to be constructed in the Kaluga Region to manufacture lubricants and car oils.
Total Vostok (France), a subsidiary company of concern Total, has executed a cooperation agreement with the government of the Kaluga Region. $50 million has been invested in the project. The construction of the factory is going to take 18 months. The use of local materials and offering jobs to the residents of the Kaluga Region are among prerequisites to developing the business in the Region. The factory is going to create 50 additional jobs.
The company is expected to export its products to the Belarus Republic and countries of Middle East.
