Penza agrees with Chinese entity on joint projects
A trilateral protocol of intentions has been signed in Penza contemplating mutual cooperation with Shanghai Bojin Electric Instrument & Device Co., Ltd (China). The signing ceremony arranged with the participation of Penza Region Development Corporation took place in the Governor's house.
Signatures were affixed to the document by Governor Ivan Belozertsev, CEO of LLC Titanmed Andrei Zhulikov and CEO of Shanghai Bojin Electric Instrument & Device Co., Ltd Van Sijun.
The Chinese partners applied to the Governor with a request for legal support. The CEO of the Chinese company expressed vigorous interest in localizing production processes in the Penza Region.
The Governor said he decided to personally coordinate the implementation of a project aimed to create a joint venture company to manufacture power equipment for the healthcare industry.
In conclusion of the negotiations between the Government of the Penza Region, LLC Titanmed and Shanghai Bojin Electric Instrument & Device Co., Ltd, a protocol of intentions contemplating mutual cooperation was signed.
