CJSC “Hamiton Standard-Nauka", a joint venture of OJSC Scientific Production Association “Nauka” and UTC Aerospace Systems plans to expand its production facilities in the Tver Region.

CJSC “Hamiton Standard-Nauka", a joint venture of OJSC Scientific Production Association “Nauka” and UTC Aerospace Systems plans to expand its production facilities in the Tver Region.


A working meeting between the Tver authorities and the representatives of Closed Joint-Stock Company “Hamilton Standard-Nauka” , which produces heat-exchange equipment for civil airplanes air conditioning systems, took place at the 16th Russian Investment Forum . Scale project is underway in the city of Kimry, the Tver Region.


1-st line of the production facility built in accordance with the requirements of the international energy efficiency standard (LEED), fitted with modern equipment and applying most advanced methods of Lean manufacturing, has already reached the designed capacity, which at the same time enabled it to increase by times the volume of output and expand the production range. Successful implementation of the 1st stage of the project strongly supported by the local administration provided CJSC “Hamilton Standard-Nauka” with the opportunity to take the decision on further development.


CJSC "Hamilton Standard-Nauka", a joint venture of OJSC SPA “Nauka” and UTC Aerospace Systems (branch of the United Technologies Corporation, USA), was established in 1994 in Moscow and specializes on the development and production of heat exchangers for civil airplanes air conditioning systems. Equipment produced by CJSC “Hamilton Standard-Nauka” is used in airplanes of the leading aviation companies of the world - Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier and Tupolev.
