The Crimea’s imports of grapevine cuttings showed a steep and steady growth during the past three years.
The Crimea imported 123 tons of cuttings to $2.5m in 2016 — five times more in value terms than in the previous year. In 2017, the peninsula’s imports grew by 39% to 2.4 million cuttings (167 tons) worth $3.5m.
The key suppliers of vine cuttings to the Crimea were Italy ($2,36m or 67%), Serbia ($799,000 or 23%) and Austria ($341,000 or 10%).
From January to July, 2018 Murmansk Region has exported to the Netherlands more than 19 thous. tn of frozen codfish worth $67.6 mln.
According to the Federal Custom Service of Russia, in 2016 and 2017 there was no hazelnut export from Zabaikal Region.
From January to July, 2018 Chukotka Autonomous Area's export has stood at $10.05 mln.
