From February 12 to August 11, 2019 crushed stone and gravel import to Russia will be allowed only under a license.
An exemption will be granted to the EAEU member countries.
This restriction will be extended to stone dust that is produced in the process of crushed stone and gravel manufacturing, and also to mixtures containing crushed stone, gravel and sand. A waiver will be limited to product samples imported to Russia for quality confirmation. One-time export licenses for these building materials will be issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
