Vologda’s Saw Dust Are In Demand In Denmark

From January to May, 2018 Vologda Region has exported 4.6 thous. tn of saw dust in the value of $1.8 mln and thus doubled its export volume and value compared to the same period of 2017. The largest supplies have been shipped to Denmark (49%, $885 thous.). St. Pete Boosts and Expands Tankers Exports

... shipbuilders exported tankers to US$241m to six countries in 2017 — a whopping 569% rise on 2016 when they sold one worth US$36m to Portugal. The six new importers accounting for 80% (US$192m) of St. Pete’s exports in 2017 were the Netherlands (30%), Denmark (27%), Bulgaria (23%), Azerbaijan (10%), Norway (8%) and Panama (2%), the latter three sharing among them US$49m’s worth of the imports. St. Petersburg’s shipyards account for 70% of Russia’s exports of tankers.
