COORDINATION CENTRE OF SUPPORT EXPORT-ORIENTED SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES IS A SUBDIVISION OF THE FUND "ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT FUND OF THE KALININGRAD REGION."

GOAL

Coordination Centre to support export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses, was created to stimulate and involve small and medium-sized enterprises of the Kaliningrad region in foreign economic activities, provision of information and analytical, consulting and organizational support of foreign economic activity of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Kaliningrad region, as well as promoting their access to international markets for products, services and technologies, improve competitiveness and efficiency.

FUNCTIONS OF THE CENTER

1. preparation of reviews of potential markets abroad, as well as provision of other advisory services on demand for small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter - SMEs) (engaging consulting organizations specializing in studies of foreign markets);
2. search for potential partners - SMEs to foreign companies and investors;
3. promotion of information about the company abroad: Information about your company on a single portal of foreign trade information in the Russian Ministry of Economic Development of information and telecommunications network "Internet", online fund "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Kaliningrad region";
4. organization of meetings and negotiations SMEs with foreign partners in the Russian Federation (foreign specialists for training in small and medium-sized enterprises, payment of living expenses and travel of foreign partners to the venue of the negotiations);
5. support SMEs in the development and promotion of investment and export deals, including the preparation, translation into a foreign language (s) of presentation materials in print and electronic form, the spread of these materials;
6. support for the organization of the participation of SMEs in trade fairs and exhibitions, business tours, seminars, conferences, round tables, congress events, business missions ("Business missions") and other promotional activities in the Russian Federation and abroad;
7. To promote and participate in the development, preparation and publication of the necessary practical tools for SMEs on foreign trade activities;
8. to assist in the conduct of bilateral business meetings with potential partners and representatives of state authorities of foreign states;
9. assist in the implementation of marketing projects aimed at supporting access of SMEs to foreign markets;
10. participate in the preparation and distribution of catalogs and brochures about export opportunities, investment needs and investment climate of the Kaliningrad region, the specialized regional databases of export-oriented SMEs and investment needs (projects) of the Kaliningrad region.
