Krasnoyarsk Territory in Central Siberia exported over 136,000 tons of grain, grain byproducts and rape seed since the beginning of the year.
Wheat accounted for most of the region’s export (125,100 tons) in the first months of the year. Krasnoyarsk’s export of oilseed slid, however, to 4,500 tons, oats to 2,400 tons and animal bran feed, to 4,300 tons.
The region’s key markets are China, which accounted for 10,000 tons of wheat and 3,000 tons of Siberian rape seed this year, and Mongolia, where Krasnoyarsk supplied 113,400 tons of wheat, 2,400 tons of oats, 1,500 tons of rape and 4,300 tons of bran and forage barley.
